Mindset Photography Workshop.
Using photography to quiet the inner noise and feel more present.
A four-week online workshop designed to help you use photography as a mindful, calming practice. No pressure, no perfection and no experience required.
Take a breath. You’re in the right place.
Life can feel loud and fast. Overstimulating.
This workshop offers a quieter alternative.
The Mindset Photography Workshop isn’t about taking “better” photos in a technical sense. It’s about noticing more, and using photography as a tool to gently steady your mind.
